The Consult Phase of our process allows us to peel back the layers on your operations, aspirations, and evaluate current systems and processes. We spend quality time listening and asking questions of you and your team members until we have a clear understanding of your short and long-term goals. Then, we get to work on helping you achieve them. 

Design

Using your goals as our guide, our expert engineers design a custom solution with a technical game plan, timeline, Statement of Work (SOW), Bill of Materials (BOM), and dedicated resources for bringing resolution to your challenges so you can scale effectively and efficiently. 

Implement 

During the implementation process, we procure all materials and have them shipped to your location. Upon arrival, our team rolls up our sleeves and begins deploying your custom technology solutions.

Test

We conduct a pilot implementation with a small user group to confirm the solutions are correctly configured, completely operational, and flawlessly performing. From there, we roll out the full solutions package to all users across the board and provide quality training for staff and team members.

Manage & Support

The Stacklynk Team always has your back. Following deployment and project completion, we confirm with you that your expectations have been met or exceeded and wrap up any open issues. To continue supporting your IT projects and needs, we offer ongoing lifecycle support services to fully manage your solution or provide incremental assistance.
